Floss its a dance

Last year, I suffered from terrible bad breath, I used everything possible to clean my mouth like toothpaste 4 times a day, different mouthwashes but still I continued. until I found Dr. Emovon on RUclips who helped me get rid of my bad breath completely with his herbal medication that I got from him..🌿

You're supposed to pull the Oral-B heads off and rinse them after use. I lay the head on a square of toilet paper because before I was rinsing them, I discovered mold in a head and the brush's metal tip had some rust. This is in the directions but I was lazy. I just bought a plastic piece that fits around the charger and holds 2 heads upright so that's a nicer looking way to dry them. It was just $5 on Amazon and came with 4 toothbrush head covers that fit the Oral-B Pro 1000 heads. They should make the metal tip out of plastic ir something that won't rust.

If you have gum issues, especially gum disease or periodontis, please use line floss when possible. If you are going to use floss picks try to limit them and try to use 1 pick per section of mouth. Why? Because floss can spread gumdisease and infection around the mouth. And it can even make a bacterium where bacteria rush into your bloodstream and can kill you. I suggest using listerine cool mint or original after brushing, instead of floss. This helps kill more bacteria and it also gets between the teeth and under the gums like floss would. Studies show listereine is 4x as effective at preventing cavities than flossing. After using listerine you should use act cavity restoring mouthwash. The listerine if left will leave your mouth slightly acidic. Would it destroy your teeth? Probably not. But if you already have issues best to do the best you can. For even better results make sure you are brushing properly. Both electric and mechanical toothbrushes are very different. Also you should be holding your toothbrush at an angle but I won't say which, watch a video if you don't know it. And before you brush you should use closys ultrasensitive mouthwash, just bathe gums and teeth for 1 minute, don't swish. It helps kill bacteria that produce plaque and make cavities. And it also gets between your teeth and under gums to prepare your toothbrush and it also balanced your PH before you brush. Were you ever told not to brush after eating? That's because the food makes your mouth acidic and it weakens your enamel, if you brush then it would do more harm than good to your teeth. Also try to change your diet. Try to drink water rather than anything else throughout the day. You should break eating into windows. If you want you can still eat and drink how you want during the time frame but got best effects look up best diets for your issues. After eating eat xylitol, there are mints and gums. Xylitol is a natural sugar but it's an alcohol sugar so the bad bacteria can't use it. It helps balance your PH and it also feeds the good bacteria in your mouth.

Ill never stop arguing that the 2 minute rule is incredibly dumb. Rather than telling people to "simply brush for 2 minutes" which leaves open alot of onterpretation and potential damage. You should show them how to brush and tell them when and to brush as long as it takes.

For those of you saying it's painful it's because you aren't flossing same with bleeding. Please floss. I floss everyday but I just learned I'm doing it incorrectly and haven't experienced pain or blood

Just upgraded to the four after having a 3 for about three years. Had trouble justifying the price until the cat sensor in our 3 started to fail. So upgrade we did! VERY happy! LOVE the scale function in the 4, and the 4 is SO QUIET compared to the 3.
